of Outreach/Inreach
This Department has
the responsibility of reaching out to our local community,
to Synod and District, and to the national and international
organizations and missions. It includes the four areas of
Evangelism, Community Service, Missions, and Public Relations.
The Evangelism Ministry
seeks to extend the Gospel to community residents through
home visitations, newcomer invitations, and Friendship Sunday
celebrations. The Ministry also facilitates the assimilation
of new members into active fellowship, and promotes personal
witnessing through training and education.
The Public Relations
Ministry is responsible for publicizing the worship services,
and for gathering and disseminating information regarding
other events and activities at Trinity, both internally and
to the community. |
